Tenant/Buyer Representation
Our brokers are highly experienced in helping tenants and buyers locate facilities and negotiate transactions. We also have an extensive background in landlord representation, an essential skill when representing tenants.

Landlord/Seller Representation
We believe that an active approach is necessary to effectively market our clients’ properties. Our offices in Raleigh and Greenville, North Carolina maintain an extensive client base and network throughout both the state and the country. This enables our firms’ listings to receive maximum exposure on both a local and national basis. We also use today's technology to market properties in the increasingly global marketplace. In addition to our firm’s website, we use the Loopnet commercial property site, and market extensively through our CCIM contacts.

Investment Brokerage/1031 Exchanges
Our brokers have extensive experience in representing buyers and sellers of office buildings, medical buildings, shopping centers, industrial properties, multi-family properties, land and other investment properties. Since the acquisition or disposition of an investment property is a significant transaction, our brokers analyze and review all aspects of the transaction. Our analysis includes the use of IRR, ROI, CAP Rates, Capital Accumulation, and before and after taxes calculations. We also have experience with Reverse 1031 Exchanges.

Owner/Occupant Transactions
We work closely with companies that buy and sell property they currently occupy. These transactions must be analyzed from an investment perspective. Before this is accomplished, however, it is also important that we understand our clients' businesses. This allows us to help them make both sound business and investment decisions.

Land Sales
The complexities of land acquisition and disposition require considerable knowledge, patience and time. Our understanding of Triangle-to-Coast land use issues, zoning and environmental regulations allows us to provide a unique “regional” approach to marketing land for sale, or assessing it for acquisition.
